The Food Sauce Pop -Up Breakfast review, written by Colin Mordi, founder of The Food Sauce

Towards the end of last month The Food Sauce team alongside Foodenvy photography and Jellyfielders held another one of their breakfast Pop- Up events at their favorite hangout The Salad Kitchen, Old Street.

The idea served to underline the importance of starting the morning right whilst also showcasing some fabulous foodie products courtesy of our sponsors and supporters.

Comprising and English/American hybrid menu guests at The Food Sauce Breakfast Pop-Up were offered a traditional cooked morning/brunch feel, which included healthier options from carefully selected sponsors making up the delicious menu.

The menu was split into three courses to include a starter that consisted of Bircher muesli from Cuckoofoods alongside some Louolas’s Superfood Quinola. The team from Peter Jones-backed Alf Turner who impressed the panel on Dragons Den provided the main with their award winning sausages as the star of the cooked meal.

Finally to finish of the menu ice cream from our friends at Oppo the guilt free healthy, luxury ice cream.

Drink options were also available such as TreeVitalise Birch Water, whilst Mr Shericks long time supporter of The Food Sauce provided a selection of their delicious and refreshing milkshakes to quench guest’s thirsts.

Those in attendance were offered the chance to take away paleo bars and healthy snacks from our event sponsors Primal Pantry
