FBC 2015 – Review by Colin Mordi, founder of The Food Sauce

As you all can possibly tell there is nothing more that we here at Sauce HQ like doing better than mixing food with good old fashion networking.

This was our schedule of events throughout this summer.

Where better place to put this to the test than at Food Bloggers Connect 2015 that took place recently in Chiswick House.

Food Blogger Connect (FBC) was founded in 2009 by Bethany Kehdy alongside her team. She has created the world’s leading international food blogging conference bringing together award winning high profile guests speakers and attracting bloggers.

For the past few year FBC has constantly set the standard for followers to follow building and maintaining a tightly knit community enabling them to be featured by media outlets such as Channel 4, The independent, Times online amongst other leading publications.

Food & socialising with likeminded individuals was never too far off the menu this was in the form of their StrEAT party!  and workshops from selective speakers.

The StrEAT party! allowed attendees to bite into a world of flavours and connect with producers, chefs and street traders as they showcased their food and beverage across the events weekend.

The StrEAT party! was a foodie heaven for foodies like us as it allowed us to feast on an unforgettable mouth watering array of food and drink from their innovative StrEAT feeders.

For example Glorious were on hand with their entourage giving people samples of their delicious soups.

La Belle Assiette which is a private chef service company that create gourmet cooking experiences in customers own homes. We were there to see this activity take place with a demonstration from their very own in house chef and they did not disappoint.

Rupert’s Street which is Vegan street food that produces imaginative food that is well prepared with passion.

To top it all off all attendees were given a goodie bag packed with goodies courtesy of the sponsors. FBC 2015 goodie has to be one of the best goodie bags I have been given.

Packed full to the brim with fabulous food related giveaways.

That weekend of action packed fun really did have it all- so folks join the FBC team next year for some learning, good natter, some delicious food and become a member of their wonderful community.

What are you waiting for? Sign up today, register and we shall see you there in 2016.
