The Urban Kitchen- Healthy supper club in aid of The Haven #TUK healthy supper 21st January Review

Last week The Food Sauce team made their way to an event courtesy of The Urban Kitchen in aid of The Haven.

The event was hosted by Toral Shah, founder of Urban Kitchen which are a healthy eating lifestyle company.

The aim of the event was for a good cause to support an organisation that support individuals touched by breast cancer by providing both complimentary therapies’ and support at the centres around the country.

OMG this event was truly on point it had everything I tell you atmosphere check, people check and most importantly the food was truly out of this world.

All the food was delicious, healthy and both gluten and dairy free.

There were three courses for us to tuck into with loads of goodies for starters we had watercress, wasabi and edamame gazpacho with seared salmon served with radish salsa.

For main we had Ponzo noodle salad with roasted aubergine, broccoli and peppers.

The desert was absolutely lovely which was chocolate avocado brownies served with a miso caramel non-dairy ice-cream whom I was told was made by Toral herself is there anything this woman can not do?

Ending the night with a fancy goodie bag, goodies from Love watercress, The wasabi company, Clearspring, Lovo drinks and our friends TreeVitalise & Nix & Kix.

We really did enjoy ourselves good food and company what more could we ask for? Roll on the next or any event hosted by Toral and The Urban Kitchen.
