Last Friday, The Food Sauce team answered the honorary call of food duty as we visited The Great British Biscotti HQ, located in Christchurch, Dorset.
We first came across this wonderful artisan food brand towards the end of last year and have continued to work with them as they have been a massive support through sponsoring our various blogger events such as our Christmas party and most recently our Pancake Day Bloggers meet up.
For those of you not familiar with The Great British Biscotti Company, and their arsenal of both sweet and savoury delicious snacks, question is where have you been?
Today The Great British Biscotti Company bakes biscuits of an altogether more discerning disposition, biscuits that should NEVER be mistaken for a quick scoff or on-the-hoof nibble, but as a meaningful ‘me-time’ moment that makes any snacking occasion a little extra special.
It’s very difficult to pick an outright favourite flavour within their range.
I do like their Chunky Belgian Choc and Chocolate Orange flavours though.
Within their savoury selection I LOVE their Sun Dried Tomato + Olives and Wild Garlic & Rosemary flavour.
I really enjoyed my visit to GBBC HQ, as it was an opportunity to link up again with the founder Paul Rostand.
I love speaking with him as his enthusiasm for his brand really shines through and left me very inspired for the next project within The Food Sauce.
As we are always looking to work with food producers + brands to collaborate with as we move forward.
GBBC is added to the list of brands that we are looking forward to work with long term as we get ready to launch our ‘pop up cookery classes’ alongside ChicP- watch this space for more details.
So what are you all waiting for? Grab a Great British Biscotti for yourselves as I can 100% claim that it will be the best Biscotti that you will have ever tasted in your whole entire life!
